Terms and Conditions of Service

Version 1.0 — effective May 15, 2026

1. Parties

• Provider: G.Z.G. s.a.s. di Zamprogno Stefano & C. (hereinafter "gestrip"), VAT IT04911550269, registered office Via Feltrina Centro 137, Biadene di Montebelluna (TV), Italy. Email: posta.gzg@gmail.com — Phone: +39 0423 609492. "gestrip" is the commercial name of the SaaS service provided by the company.
• Customer: natural or legal person subscribing to the gestrip SaaS service

2. Subject

gestrip provides a multi-tenant SaaS service for jewelry repair management, accessible via web and mobile, with data storage on VPS in Germany (Hetzner) and encrypted off-site backups.

3. Subscription

• Free 14-day trial from registration
• One-time setup fee charged on first payment via Stripe
• Monthly or annual fee, automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Cancellation at any time via admin function; service remains active until end of paid period + 30-day grace

4. Payments

Payments handled by Stripe Inc. Card data does not transit gestrip servers. SDI invoicing manual via Danea EasyFatt up to 50 customers.

5. Customer obligations

• Provide accurate billing data
• Not use the service for illicit purposes
• Keep account credentials confidential
• Comply with GDPR towards own end-clients (Customer is Controller; see DPA)

6. SLA and availability

gestrip commits to best-effort 99% monthly uptime for production service. No formal SLA with penalties in version 1.0. Scheduled maintenance announced with at least 24h notice via email + Telegram bot.

7. Liability limitations

gestrip is not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential damages, loss of profit or goodwill
• Service interruptions due to force majeure, DDoS attacks, third-party malfunctions (Hetzner, Stripe, DNS)
• Data loss not recoverable from backup within lifecycle limits (Phase E cold storage 60d)

Total liability is limited to the annual fee paid by Customer in the 12 months preceding the event.

8. Changes

gestrip may modify Terms with 30 days notice via email + site banner. Continued use = acceptance.

9. Termination

• By Customer: at any time via admin function
• By gestrip: with 30 days notice, except for serious violations (immediate termination)

At termination lifecycle Phase D-E applies (deadline notifications → grace → cold storage → hard-delete).

10. Data deletion

Upon Customer request, early deletion via admin "right-to-erasure" function (Phase F4). Complete deletion within 30 days of request.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

Italian law. Exclusive jurisdiction: Court of Treviso, Italy.
