2. Scope
This policy applies to:
- Visitors of https://gestrip.app and brochure sub-domains
- Tenant admins: users registered to the gestrip SaaS service
- For end-clients of tenants, the individual tenant's policy applies; gestrip acts as Processor (see DPA)
3. Data collected
- Brochure visitors: Caddy server access logs (IP, User-Agent, URL, referrer, timestamp). Anonymized aggregates for statistics (server-log analysis, cookieless), retention 90 days.
- Tenant admin: email, business name, VAT number, billing data, Stripe Customer ID (no card data).
4. Purposes and legal bases

5. Retention
- Active tenant account: contract duration + lifecycle (see DPA §4)
- Server logs: 90 days
- Billing data: 10 years (civil law obligation)
6. Recipients (sub-processors)
See sub-processor list. Some recipients are located outside the EEA: transfers occur under appropriate safeguards (adequacy decision Art. 45 or Standard Contractual Clauses Art. 46 GDPR — see DPA §7).
